Time Management Systems Analyst

Summary

The Time Management Systems Analyst is responsible for overseeing and managing the labor systems and processes within Shake Shack.  This role involves maintaining labor management systems, acting on operator feedback, identifying and implementing process improvements.  The Time Management Systems Analyst collaborates with various departments to ensure proper integration, completion of weekly payroll processes, and compliance with labor regulations & corporate controls.

Key Responsibilities

Labor Management Systems:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain labor management systems, including timekeeping, scheduling, and attendance tracking.

  • Complete weekly payroll reconciliation processes

  • Analyze and review current product offerings to make recommendations on enhancements

Act on Operator Feedback:

  • Train employees on labor management systems and ensure proper utilization and adherence to established protocols.

  • Be the point of contact for the field on Labor and Payroll questions

  • Analyze themes, build out and lead appropriate training and classes

Compliance and Reporting:

  • Work with People Resources to stay updated on labor laws, regulations, and industry standards to ensure compliance.

  • Prepare and submit reports on labor metrics, including workforce productivity, overtime, and absenteeism.

  • Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to address any labor-related issues and validate corporate contols.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and best practices.

  • Proficiency in labor management systems and software.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.

  • Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Related Experience

  • Proven experience in labor management, workforce planning, or a related role.

  • Demonstrated leadership and people management skills.

Education Requirements

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Bachelor's Degree - Preferred

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Pay Range - $54,830.00 - $88,265.00 *The salary paid to a successful applicant will depend on the applicant’s experience, qualifications, business needs and resources, and the candidate’s location.
